 At Unlocked Retro we are committed to customer satisfaction!  All products have been restored in house, and tested to the fullest extent to ensure quality gaming.  If for any reason you are not happy with our products please reach out so we can resolve the matter! We will repair or replace any product found to be defective free of charge
While we do not offer a typical return policy, we do offer warranty on our products, and this warranty includes repair or replacement, note that any physical damage or liquid damage will severely impact the coverage, things not covered are:

• Obvious physical damage
• Liquid Damage
• Incorrect charger
• Modifications
